Our methodology starts by gaining an understanding of your business objective and your current IT environment. We then chart out a plan appropriate to your budgetary constraints to achieve the business objective(s). The deliverable, after design development, is a planning document which can be used to scope out an implementation project. If you choose to have us manage the implementation, a project manager is assigned who will oversee the smooth transition of services for your users and support staff. During implementation, we will note any changes to your environment, prepare support documentation and communicate any further improvemements.
